Private Day Retreat - Hosted at Your Desired Space

We offer private group experiences, celebrations, and corporate services.

We love supporting you in creating intentional and unique gatherings.  Whether for a birthday, group healing, mother’s blessing ceremony, or team building event, we’ll curate an experience that cultivates connection and wellbeing. 

Design - Using The Optimist Collective’s signature format, we’ll create a program that centers delightful and impactful moments of connection & wellbeing. We offer Healing Modalities like Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, and more with expert facilitators.

Logistics - Let us handle the details. As event production experts, we’ll handle end to end operations like event setup & cleanup, welcoming guests, providing props like yoga mats & blankets, and curating light bites and tea.

Customization - Our private experiences are customizable to fit your intention and vision. We’re happy to discuss and incorporate elements of the event so this is authentically and uniquely yours.

Once your session has been purchased, our team will reach out to secure a day and time. Please purchase at least 2 weeks before your designed date and time. 

Private experiences start at $1000 for 8-12 people.
